About me

From a young age I've had a keen interest in all things holistic. I went on to study to gain a VTCT qualification in Holistic Therapies after completing university.

In the years between studying and moving to Cheltenham in 2013 I gained a love of fitness and of maintaining not only a healthy body, but also a healthy mind. Sitting at a desk for 8-10 hours a day in an office I realised how important it was to keep moving and look after your body.

It was after moving to Cheltenham that I really took my love of fitness to the next level.  I had already practised yoga on and off for 5 years, but never had the opportunity to study seriously. In Cheltenham I started to practice yoga regularly.  Not only did this enhance my fitness, but I also started to see the advantage on my mind.

In 2016 I embarked on a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training course which I completed in June that year.  My love for yoga and what it can do for a person's life, not only in the physical sense but also emotionally and mentally, has encouraged me to teach others so that they can feel the benefits.

With a focus on how yoga can help the body and enhance a persons fitness, my classes also focus on breath work and ensuring that every client leaves feeling refreshed, revitalised and relaxed..
